In a word---FUN! There is always something going on. The food has been both good and bad, but the beer has always been "as advertised". As a novice beer drinker, they steer you in the right directions and don't seem to be too busy to tell you what they like and what they think you might like. Nice staff. And they sometimes have music that "rocks the house".
This is a really great place for the area. If you're in Modesto I suggest you give it a try. They have a good selection of beer usually and the service is good.
