The Original Pancake House was founded in Portland, Oregon in 1953 by Les Highet and Erma Hueneke. Drawing upon their many years of experience in the culinary field, and their extensive working knowledge of authentic national and ethnic pancake recipes they were able to offer without compromise this unique and original menu which has gained national acclaim.

I've known about The Original Pancake House since my first trip to Oregon 16 years ago. I was happy to know they opened one in Roseville. The cherry crepes are just as awesome at the Roseville location as they were in Springfield-Eugene location. The service is great and the portions are hearty.

Absolutely the best breakfast in town. The service is excellent and the food is fantastic! It is always busy but well worth the wait, believe me. The pancakes are out-of-this-world. Great cup of Joe too.

Even though its always busy, in the 10 or so times my family and I have eaten breakfast there, we have always had excellent service and great food! You can't beat it!

The French Crepes are absolutely wonderful! I have tried several items (including the apple pancakes) and everything tastes homemade. The owners are warm and friendly. It's like going to Grandma's house for breakfast! I can't say enough about the quality of food. Fresh squeezed orange juice is to die for!

I LOVE The Original Pancake House SOOOOO much! It is by far the best breakfast place to eat at EVER! I enjoy all the wonderful service I get when I go there and the food is to die for! :) Great job OPH!

We love the atmosphere, the servers, and, of course, the food. We have our favorites, but we have enjoyed everything on the menu at one time or another. It's well worth a visit! The crepes are excellent! So are the 49r pancakes! Great place to eat breakfast.

The Original Pancake House is fantastic-Outstanding food quality-Excellent service-Menu selections no other breaskfast house offers--a very special coffee blend just for OPH.The weekday special for $4.99 is perfect for quick start for the morning--just perfect amount 2 eggs, 2 buttermilk pancakes and chioce of 2 sausage links or 2 thick bacon strips--it was a great way to start my morning.

The Pancake House has the greatest breakfast. There menu has a different variety of options. I love the Apple Pancake and the Dutch Baby. Delicious!!!

My husband loves their eggs and coffee. My daughter loves their fruit plate and I love their apple pancake and orange juice. You cannot find food like theirs in other restaurants!
