The owner of Now and Zen Yoga Spa, Deb Marweg, has lived in Woodbridge since 1991 with her husband and two children.
She is a Yoga-fit certified instructor. Her love of yoga has brought about the idea for Now and Zen Yoga Spa. Desiring a place to practice and teach, that also promotes a balanced and happy life, has developed into a yoga studio as well as a spa and wellness center.
Great instruction from a dedicated and knowledgable staff. The owner is accessible, likable, and committed to a balanced life in mind and body. She is to be commended for building a great business. All my experiences here have been positive.
