Nishiki Sushi is one of Sacramento's best spots for reasonably priced fresh Sushi. The menu includes a number of creative rolls not found on typical Sushi menus including the Chow Bella Roll -- a sweet, crunchy combination of snow crab, shrimp tempura, and salmon -- as well as the Hamaten Roll, and the Double Double Roll to name a few.

Hehe, after just leaving there about hmmm 20 minutes ago,,, I have to say I have been a regular since I moved back to Sacramento!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place... Plus Norm, Jr. Sang, Tony, Amber, Nick, and the rest of the crew ROCK:) Best Sushi in Town:)

Nishiki has the BEST sushi in town! Saturday night...try the Grace Lee and a $2 draft Kirin. There's nothing better! Junior is a fantastic sushi chef!

By far the best sushi in Sacramento. All of their fish is fresh, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff is always friendly.

Nishiki is THE best sushi in this town or any other for that matter. Just ask Grace Lee. They named an effin' roll after her. Best fish quality (Yellow Tail) , best sushi chefs (Nick & Junior) best bartenders (Tony & Steve) and the best managers (Norman & Amber). They also have the BEST steamed damned clams in town, PERIOD!
