New Canton Chinese Restaurant is Sacramento's most highly rated authentic Chinese restaurants. While the daily menu is reason enough to try New Canton, it's Dim Sum menu that is the real draw. Servers still push around carts with freshly made dumplings and other dim sum dishes for you to choose from.

I put the quality of the dim sum upstairs at New Canton up against any I've eaten in San Francisco. The variety of dishes is the best in Sacramento.
