After our friend told us about New Blue Sky Chinese Restaurant, this has been our joint ever since. We especially enjoy the Baked Chilean Sea Bass, which is a wild-caught Sea Bass that has been slow-baked to perfection with fresh herbs, add a sprinkle of sea salt and finished a drizzle of local honey and what you have is melt-in-your-mouth yumminess! Fish anyone?
