While the name may not make you think of a mouthwatering burger, once you step inside Nationwide Freezer Meats you'll think you've entered burger heaven. Nationwide had a past in wholesale, thus the freezer, but Nationwide has been serving up fresh steak sandwiches and steak burgers for over 30 years!

This is the best burger in Northern California - probably the entire state. Say what you will about the others, Nationwide tops them all! Oh, did I mention they actually taste like beef?

I love to eat, so I know a great burger. Hands down this is the best burger around! From the paper bag it is served on to the giant fries, It doesn't get any better than this. I'm craving one right now. John and his staff are great and know how to take care of thier customer's. If you have never had one of these burgers, get in the car and head for Sac Town... It's the BEST burger, no doubt about it! Juicy, succulent ground beef patty on a wholesome bun, oozing with Thousand Island sauce and a few veggies gives you meal that satisfies like no other.
