Narrow Gate Vineyards produces wines through faith, passion, attention to detail and a tremendous amount of joy. Our wines are genuinely hand made with very little intervention by technology. Our estate vineyards are guided by our Creator with practical and sustainable farming methods that employ common sense that nurtures our soils and vines. We invite you to our barrel room to taste our wines that accentuate the bold and smooth flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah blends, Rhone blends of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Viognier & Roussanne, Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, and a crisp, bright Chardonnay. Every Wine Narrow Gate makes is exceptional. The careful attention and love that the winemaker gives the grapes from the vine through the crush through the bottling shows in the taste and texture. Dumanis is an exquisite blend of reds, and the Cab/Syrah's are exceptional as well. Narrow Gate makes the only Chardonnay that I'll drink from this region. I know that when I serve Narrow Gate - that the wine will be well liked by everyone, without exception. All this, plus the owners make everyone feel at home when they walk in the tasting room.

Fantastic Cab/Syrah !! The atmosphere is . . . well, it's like "coming home" - what a concept !!
Narrow Gate Winery is easy to get to in El Dorado County - so glad we found it.

Phenomenal wines made by great people. Definitely a must visit (and stay a while) in El Dorado County.
