My Yoga Lounge offers traditional Hatha Yoga classes 7 days a week (including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, Vinyasa, Prenatal, Yoga for Men, Restorative, Easy Does It, as well as a unique Yoga Teacher Training Program). A special Intro to Yoga Workshop is offered monthly and starts the first Thursday of every month (advanced reservation required). SPECIAL OFFER for first-time visitors: 10 Days for $10. (Take as many classes as you like, in 10 consecutive days, for a one-time charge of only $10!). A FREE (Karma) Yoga class is offered EVERY Saturday at 5:00 pm and is taught at a level suitable for all, including first-time students (come as often as you like). Caring, professional instructors who welcome all levels and abilities help to create a warm, friendly environment.
Besides yoga, My Yoga Lounge has a retail boutique with cool yoga gear, and offers Massage and Holistic Hypno-Therapy services by appointment.
