The owner's Mark and Ann did everything they could to make our shopping experience unforgettable. Mark took the time to show my wife and I around the showroom and he even let us see the warehouse where they restore vintage pieces. They have the best selection of mid-century/Danish furnishings. Mark made the experience memorable with his sense of humor, friendliness, and overall knowledge of antiques. It is nice to meet someone who has such a passion for what they do, that it becomes contagious. We will most definitely be returning to take advantage of not only the great merchandise, but the amazing customer service.
Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Went there and was very disappointed ! I was treated very rudely by one of the owners. I was shocked and amazed, but then was told by other dealers working the floor that he is just the way and needs to get over himself. I continued shopping while I was there, but plan on never going back. So unprofessional
This is one gorgeous mall! As some shoppers have noted, not everything is over 30 years old (a rule in this mall) but the majority of items are! It is spacious, has friendly personnel, and most importantly has a huge variety of large and small items (tempting to any antiquer.) It is clean, well lit, and great fun.
Just not a fun place anymore. To many spaces taken up by the owner. Seems to be empty now. Wish they were the Mall that they had hoped for and promised. Not really worth the drive as they are overpriced.
My experience with this mall has been mixed. Yes they have lots of pretty stuff. But I find their prices overall to be high: I found a 1950's Lucite purse there that was $75.00 higher than an identical one in Roseville. And I found the exact same porcelain half-doll at three different dealers in the mall for three widely varying prices; around $25, $75 & $125. The book price was $45. It gave me the impression the dealers were not very knowledgeable about what they were selling. And for the at least half dozen times I've been in, there has been a very noticeable number of empty spaces and display cabinets. They have been open a long time, can't they find or keep dealers?
However I will say that bar none this place has the most complete and gorgeous collection of 1950's furniture and accessories I've seen outside of LA.
They might think they have a rule, but you can find stuff that is not 30 years old. Believe me. On April 1st I bought a Spuds Beer Sign for around $300.00. Spuds was not introduced until 1987. So not everything is as old as they say. But a nice mall anyways
I simply love A Touch of Glass. KC Collectibles is a fun place to shop. The variety of victorian furniture and Sommer antiques are unmatched in the Sacramento area. Other antique malls in the area have a variety of smalls, however this mall has a large selection of furniture and smalls. Probably has the largest 50's collection in California. Don't believe me, go see for yourself.
Walking into Midway is like stepping back in time--the store is attractive, spacious, well-lit, and easily beckons the casual shopper as well as the serious antique-er to investigate it's 100 + dealers. It is apparent that Midway has set a high standard, as store policy requires all merchandise be at least 30 years old or older. Knowledgeable floor personnel are well-versed in the antique field, & can answer questions & assist shoppers. Store staff is also friendly & courteous, & appraisals & other services are available. Midway Antique Mall guarantees that your antique-ing experience will be pleasant, and a real "treasure hunt."
These guys are good people! not the kind you find at a 'typical' antique store. It's huge & has great ambience combining eclectics with themed booths to specialty items & showcases! Can literally shop, stop for a break & watch 'old tyme' TV, then continue on in the bright and spacious mall! Very helpful staff of dealers not employees, meaning personal attention & care as well as value. Best part is it's open every single day from 10 AM - 6 PM! Easily accessible from every direction. Just go!
My wife and I love to shop for antiques. We have been to many antique malls. Midway is by far the BEST antique mall we have had the pleasure to shop at. The mall is clean with large isles to walk down without having to obstacle through a bunch of junk. The items are displayed well throughout the store. There is no clutter or mess to sift through. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The mall has a 30 year rule that the owner backs up with a money back guarantee. AS far as we are concerned. This is the best antique mall by far in the Sacramento area.
I have been antiquing for over thirty years and this is one of the first times I've found a mall that can actually be truly described as an "antique" mall. The merchandise is authentic and honestly fair priced. The store representatives and dealers are great to work with and are "UP" on the items and very helpful and knowledgeable.
Midway is a comfortable, attractive mall with wide aisles, excellent lighting, clean, appropriately (and often low) priced merchandise, and friendly dealers and staff. Parking is more than ample, and I never get the feeling of a thrift store like I do in so many "Antique" stores and Malls. I've shopped in many Malls in No. Calif., and Midway is by far the best!!
Midway owners Mark and Ann Saunders are fun and friendly, but serious about having a quality antique mall. You won't find clutter or a bunch of new stuff there. The dealers there are friendly too, and more than willing to help you find just what you're looking for. The aisles are nice and open and the lighting is really good. Midway's definitely tops in my book!
A fun place to visit with authentic antiques and great collectibles. Love that everything must be 30 (or more) years old. Staff and dealers are the best--helpful, friendly and knowledgable.
It's a blast from the past! Whether your looking for a treasure, or a great place to relax and browse for a while, you will love this place. They have a selection that you won't see anywhere else.
