Our Mission: “To provide students of all ages with the skills they need to enjoy music and dance for their lifetime.”
We cater to anyone with an interest in expressing themselves through music and dance. Our teachers' main focus is giving the students a well-rounded education in their chosen instrument or dance style. Students will gain a further appreciation and understanding of art forms, while acquiring the skills they need to continue their musical and dancing endeavors throughout their lives.
We offer an extensive program of individualized music instruction as well as group classes. Private lessons ensure that the student has the undivided attention of the teacher and can progress at a level suited to them individually. On the other hand, group classes allow the student to work together with others to create a cohesive musical experience, such as a band or ensemble. Our staff consists of professional educators and musicians dedicated to providing a unique and stimulating learning environment to students of all ages.
Our dance program offers a wide variety of styles including ballet, tap, contemporary jazz, hip hop, ballroom, and theater dance. Our teachers are vivacious and passionate about the craft, and strive to give students the best experience possible in their chosen discipline. Dance students of every age have the chance to express themselves and live it up on the dance floor.
Guitar instructor, Schell Barkley, is knowledgeable, versatile
very bright, patient and funny.

McLaughlin is the best because they started with the best -- McLaughlin himself is a consummate jazz musician and jazz instructor at college level. I know -- my son took his college course for 5 years -- yep! He went when he wasn't earning credits!!
