The Lotus Garden is a great place to learn about and practice yoga. The people are excellent to work with and kind and considerate. I have back problems and when I told them about those problems they went out of their way to make sure I didn't over do it when I was doing yoga exercises. They're just great people.
This is the most peaceful place in the city...set back into wooded area surrounded by a fountain and lost of trees in a natural setting, that combined with some the most knowledgeable yoga teachers I have practiced under, makes THE # 1 yoga studio in town...the cost is also extremely affordable and the yoga traditions and philosophy are very much honored...you have to check this place out...

You instantly feel a positive energy when you enter this studio. The environment is very serene, peaceful and meditative. It is more like an Ashram than a studio. One is easily able to bring that mind and body connection that is so central to yoga.
