Leatherby's now has three locations in the Greater Sacramento area to serve you: Sacramento Arden Way, Citrus Heights and our newest location in Elk Grove.
Leatherby’s Family Creamery harks back to a simpler time of cheerful service, generous portions and tasty homemade eats – all made onsite, using cherished family recipes and the finest natural ingredients.
It’s no wonder Leatherby’s is considered a sweet and family-friendly institution, with 30 years of service to our Sacramento customers and three generations of Leatherbys behind the counter.

It was a tough pick between Gunther's and Leatherby's, but the ample seating and late hours make Leatherby's the top! They have HUGE portions and great customer service too :)

The best ice cream in the USA! We go here a few times a week with the kids. Super family friendly folks. We love the service. They are open late night.
