I love the way Mark cooks. His flavors are clean and fresh and not overdone. The warmth of feeling like you can poke your head in the kitchen and thank the chef personally makes the experience of dining there all the more special!
Le Bilig is hands down the best hidden gem of a restaurant in all of Placer County. From the quaint down home setting to the amazing menu Le Bilig is the place that real foodies know and love. My last experience there involved farm raised rabbit out of nearby Colfax with organic greens and herbs from the chef's very own garden. Truly an experience to remember and being such a hidden joint your guests will know you're on top of your game!
