This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. The limo had holes in the seat, the lights did not work, the moon roof did not work, they did not give us what we contracted for and then they double charged my credit card. I attempted to resolve with owner but was hung up on repeatedly and when my husband went in person to resolve the owner threw him out.
The driver was fine but that was the ONLY good thing about our booking with Lakeshore. I will NEVER use this service again and do NOT reccomend to anyone.
This is the company we used for our wedding. The driver was fantastic. When driving us girls from the house to the church, he clapped as we sang Weird Al songs. When my husband and I saw him to drive to the reception, he had the most fantastic outfit on--trench coat and fedora. Lakeshore is courteous and on time, and their drivers are wonderful.
