If you have never been here, skip Mikuni for one night at try this place instead. Chef's choice is never a bad way to go. Must try the roll with green apple :)

Billy Ngo is talented, humble, charismatic, and very sweet. He is one of the most creative chefs I have ever had the pleasure of dining with, and I never leave without being blown away by at least a handful of his creations. Omakase with Billy is worth the splurge for a fantastic meal.
