Kovars Rocks!!! We have been going their for 5 years and my son just got his junior black belt. I feel that they teach them more than just self defense. They teach they about life skills and being a good individual for your community and in life.

we put our child in last year. Kovar's staff has been so nice in working with us. We work together with my son in many different areas; such as, school, self-discipline, listening skills and other areas. As far as customer service, they are great. They are very professional with their families. Actually, they make the families feel apart of Kovar's family. They greet the families each day with a smile. They provide fun activities for the kids. I plan to have my son's birthday party as Kovar's. I have no doubt that the children will have a great time.
My son and I just transferred to the Granite Bay location Wow what a warm friendly place with good individual instruction. The classes are great and fun.

The Instructors ROCK! All of them take the time to talk to the kids one on one and our kids really enjoy the attention. At home my kids still ask about the instructors. It is "Super Sweet!"
Our Kovars instructors are awesome! All the instructors are very good at what they do.My husband and I always enjoy the workouts and the sheer energy that we gain each class.
