Rude, rude, rude.
One of the owners cussed at and told my sister-in-law to "get the hell out". She is a loyal patron, and the one and only time she didn't get something (even though the rest of her friends did), she gets humiliated and treated like scum. The owner then bantered back and forth via email with her, calling her a "dead beat" as well as other cruel names.

What kind of buisnessperson would say such things to a loyal patron? Considering all of the local coffeehouse options in the area, I think one would not want to so willingly lose a loyal customer.

I know I will never go there again, nor will other people I know. The coffee is so-so and the service is obviously awful.

LOADS of attitude...kinda keeps me away. I so much want to like Java Lounge, 5 out of 6 times I've stopped in the barista was kinda rude. Put me off, frankly. And hey, I'm too cool to ACT cool - know what I mean?

Most definitely one of the most unique coffeehouses I've ever been in - the wall art is unbelievable, the 'java' a joy to imbibe, the entertainment 'out there', and the management a credit to the entire area. Starbucks and other 'establishment coffeehouses' take note: you have some serious competition in JavaLounge!!

By far the best ambience and music of any independent or corporate coffeehouse in this area.
