My husband & I have taken our cars to the Japanese Service Center for at least 20 years. They take time to explain the problem & repair options, have fair prices, do excellent work, & are friendly, polite & honest. We recommend them to others all the time.
Steve and the staff are the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else to repair my car. My family, friends and I have been going to Japanese Service Center for years and have always been satisfied.

Steve and his staff are amazing. I'm a female that has been taking my old beat-up Honda there for years. Steve knows me by name over the telephone, has always been accomadating with last-minute requests, and has never treated me in a disrespective manner. He's honest about what work really should be done right away, and what can wait a month, a year, and so-on. They keep great records, there doesn't appear to be much staff turnover, and the waiting room is the best I've seen: big comfy leather sofas, millions of magazines, vending machines, television, etc. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Of the many Automotive Repair Facilities that have been used by my well diversified family here in the Sacramento and Davis area, this Establishment consistantly brings my car, in my opinion, back to factory specs. They also work on my American cars.

Japanese Service Center is awesome! This is the most female friendly place in town. Steve will take his time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable. They are normally pretty busy (which means it's a GOOD repair shop), so it's best to call ahead.
