Tara is AMAZING!!! All of the ladies at Jaggs are! If you're not going to Jaggs, your hair's not looking right! Best hair colour/cut i've ever had and the prices are extremely reasonable. I have paid upwards of $250 for a colour and it never turned out this great! Give them a call!
