I live 5 minutes from Jackson Rancheria and will not go there (since 2004) because they (D. Brown) discriminate against handicapped people. There undomesticated management condones these actions. My quadriplegic wheel chair ridden step father was a victim of this abuse. Worse, because they are a sovereign nation, there are no laws protecting you. The State Governors office told me ?you have more rights in Mexico than you do at an Indian Casino?. Jackson Rancheria exercises their right to discriminate to the max. I have heard many more stories of the same over the past 5 years; it could be you next! .Jackson Rancheria is the most pathetic excuse for a Casino I have ever seen. Great for children. 18 year old students come there to spend their lunch money. A grungy/filthy casino with similar personnel. Don?t waste your time or money on this dump. You have no rights or protection in a sovereign nation. It?s not much farther to drive to Minden, Tahoe and/or Reno. Mark Spears. Jackson California

Everyone there is very friendly. It is very clean and well kept. There is a variety of food available and the food is excellent in any of the restaurants. Lastly but not least, my husband and I have been won more money there than anywhere else that we have played.

It is the most friendliest place and they give point money right on your card. The food is good and you can use comps to use on food and in the gift shop, so you get more for your money in Jackson.

I love Jackson Rancheria, the people are the friendly and relaxed, they treat people like family. The service the best, always someone to bring a soft drink or coffee, they pay the most and best jackpots, and best of all they are more than generous with the comps. You got to love that

i have been going to jackson ever since they were just a one metal building. I have always won something there, love there gift shop & the hotel is great to!

They have the best staff they are very curtious and helpful. everytime I go there I have the very best time ever. They always have great entertainment, and I really love the Karaoke contest.
