We are a group of passionate and skilled teachers who serve to make yoga accessible and fun for every body.
This studio was born out of a dream to have a space where people can be themselves and open to their own experience without apology or expectation. It has become a hub of community, friendship, and service.
Our mission is to provide a welcoming, safe and sacred space where those
interested in learning and enjoying yoga can experience the gifts of this ancient practice. We strive to do business in an environmentally responsible manner, and work to provide students with inspiration and resources to promote individual and collective well being.
It's All Yoga is like a second home for me where I go to renew myself. I can't say enough good things about IAY. And the owner, Michelle, is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Her warmth and vision are the foundation for all the great teachers and workshops.
