I like authentic dishes that appear on their menu. Too many Chinese restaurants serve just American-Chinese food to stay in business. HoiCin shows that it is possible to serve both American-Chinese and authentic Chinese food.

We were looking for a new Chinese Restaurant since ours had closed down. And we are pretty picky, but one taste of Hoicin, and we knew this was our new place. The food is always delivered promptly, is always hot upon delivery, and so delicious it makes my mouth water.

The restaurant is clean and the food is good. I like that they provide special discounts for different dishes for different days of the week and the special discount price for crabs and lobsters. Both the service and the way they cook are pretty good. Also, it is close to my work and home, too. With one good Chinese restaurant close by, I don't have to drive all the way to Sacramento from Folsom for a dinner.

The food is excellent with a good variety of entrees and dim sum. It's a nice change from typical Chinese restaurants. The customer service is very good. Finally, they deliver the food fast and hot!

I like everything I've tried here, but I especially like the breaded prawns. I have never had them flattened and cooked before like they are cooked here. Plus they have a very mild taste, which I like. The pot stickers are also very tasty.

Authentic, clean, polite staffs... everything are so great there... never have a bad experiences at all in the past 3 years i ate there... you know since the moment you step into Hoicin, you are guaranteed to be served right... so why am i bothered to try others?
