Hazel's Elegant Dining opened in June of 1985 in what was a little house converted to an intimate dining experience in downtown Modesto We have since outgrown our little house and built a restaurant based on the same type of design. The originators of fine dining in Modesto, We are the valley's only three through seven course fine dining restaurant. We have received numerous awards from the City and the Valley, and have been rated "Top Of The Valley" by the valley themselves.

We love Hazel's! We go there mostly on special occasions like birthdays, graduations and every year we eat there for our Wedding Anniversary. It is DIVINE!

Exceptional service, the wait staff was very conscientious and extremely polite. They have a menu with many varied entrees. The food couldn't have been better.
I wouldn't hesitate to take friends there for the best dinner in the area.

Hazel's offered a unique experience that was elegant and romantic with delicious cuisine. The restaurant presented me with the perfect atmosphere to propose to my wife. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone interested in having a dining experience of a lifetime!
