There was a scratch on the bottom of my couch and they called a few days in advance and sent me pictures just to make sure I was okay with it. They didn't try to cover it up, and honestly I'm pretty impressed that they even found it on the underside. Kudos!

For some reason, this great store is unranked for best mattresses. They absolutely provide the best service and selection in the furniture AND mattress categories, even compared to specialized stores like sleep train.
