Ate at Ford's for the first (and last) time yesterday: there were two single orders in front of us and it took 25 minutes to get our food. The fries looked (and tasted) like they had been sitting there for hours (couldn't eat them); onion rings were burnt, yet surprisingly, were cold in temperature. As to the two #1 burgers: bacon - looked like it had been fried HOURS earlier and was as hard as a rock; pepper jack cheese - no taste; bun tasted okay, but dry - opened the burger and there was one small teaspoon of their sauce in the center. Next time, I'll just go to Carl's Jr. - yuck!
