Best Pilates instructors in town - especially Wahida! and they are the only ones to offer Gyrotonics. I've been doing Pilates now for 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This is a sanctuary, work out and have a relaxing space at the same time. No one else in town has Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis and their Pilates instructors are the best. Very committed and engaged professional caring folks. Make it a habit!!
