Built in 1885, the General Store building is rich with history. One of the oldest surviving buildings in Elk Grove, this store continuously housed a store of one sort or another as it passed from the original owners, the Hasman's, to the next owner. In 1995 the Elk Grove Brewery and Restaurant was created and has been serving the community of Elk Grove ever since. With the original brewer, Bill Wood, the Brewery has won numerous national and international medals along with local honors in brews and with its quality food. Rustic, comfortable, friendly and family owned, the brewery is a family place for all. If you want to best microbrews or a great lunch/dinner, stop on in and let us make you feel at home.

I am Bud guy but will drink the Hef and the Otis till I drop dead. This is a great place to enjoy your basic eats, special beers, the game, after the RIDE, just an all together great place to go to and enjoy yourself while you are there. Biker Friendly too ! Not just the owners but the whole place ! Great job Chris !

Great Beer! Bill never disappoints. We especially enjoy the seasonal beers. You have to try the Amazon Ale with some Dilly Dippers! You will enjoy a wide variety of menu items and all are yummy. Chris and his staff are very friendly and you will enjoy the weekend musical guests. We have our own 'Cheers' restaurant right in our neighborhood. Don't drive by. Stop in for dinner or just a beer.
