Absolutely LOVE Dynamic Dance & Fitness! The instructors are energentic and motivate you to want to do more. They help you learn the steps to improve your workout and ensure you won't get hurt. BEST place to workout while having the best time!!!

Dynamic dance & fitness has the best zumba classes in all the elk grove and sacramento area. I love the passion that Doris and Patricia put in while they are dancing :)
