My goal is to customize each massage to match your individual needs. My wide range of clients includes the everyday athlete to the stressed out teacher to the busy mother. I have worked with many different issues from nerve pain to sore, tight muscles or someone who just needs to relax from a busy week.
I use an integrated approach incorporating some of my favorite techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy of the pelvis, neck and upper torso and muscle energy techniques. From my experience, these techniques have proved to be deeply healing for myself, and for my clients, which is why I continue to educate myself on these modalities.
