Since I have been going to Curves (2 months) I can see the results. I do not have time and would not make the effort to go to a regular gym and spend 1 to 1 1/2 hours exercising when I can accomplish the same full exercise program in 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful (Greenback and Fair Oaks Blvd).
The staff at Roseville Central on Washington Blvd. is fun and interactive. Every time a member comes in, the staff calls us by name and welcomes us - it's like 'Cheers' - where everybody knows your name. There is always someone out talking to us - either with educational material or fun stories. I LOVE IT!

They are the BEST! I love our franchise owners as well as the location. I was out sick for a couple of days, the owner called to make sure that I was OK, this is service -- it just shows how much they care about our well being. Kudos!
I Love Curves!!! I have Fibromyalgia and it is the next best thing to water aerobics. it's very easy on my joints. I have been a member at 4 different Curves in the Sacramento area. The Curves on Washington Blvd in Roseville has been my favorite. The members are very nice and the staff is very friendly and they care about me! They go out of their way to care for my needs. and they know me as a friend.
Curves Roseville is wonderful! I have been working there for 3 years and a member for 2 years before that. I absolutely love the Curves workout. I'm 8 months pregnant and still exercise every day!
