Contours is the BEST! They have everything a woman needs in a workout. Weights, treadmill, circut, weighted hoolua hoops and more! I've been a member there for years. I have and will continue to recommend them. They are the better idea in women's gyms!
This gym meets every womans needs. Not too big and not too small. The classes are great, the far-infrared sauna is incredible, the staff is wonderful, the weight-loss products are excellent and the energy keeps you coming back for MORE. You GO Contours!
They are the best support system I have found in Elk Grove! They offer individual attention and their equipment is just like in the larger gyms! I get a REAL workout in 30 minutes. I also like the fact that the staff is always willing to work with me on new techniques and moves without charging me for it! THAT IS AMAZING!!! I am never bored at Contours Express!
This is the best women's gym in town! They offer great classes - so you don't just need to work-out on equipment - but can have some fun and get in shape in other ways!
This is an awesome facility, it meets all my needs ! The ladies that run the place are all very nice and helpful, they even work out with you, its fun, great classes, hours are perfect, close to home and work. Ladies you have to try Contours Express, they have it all....(except the men!!) LOL
