Since 1998, Tim and Jacquie Looper have "lived" at 515 Main St. in Placer County's quaint little village of Newcastle. Thier 4 daughters, Shannon, Shylah, Sheena, and Dana, two granddaughters Autumn and Ashlee and the newest edition, grandson Drew, have been the fixture Crew in this eclectic family operated business.
Constable Jack's has been bringing top-notched entertainment to the area for over 12 years. Featuring such acts as:
