Comtec's estimates are based upon established industry flat rate and well known brand name parts. Many times our estimates include new parts rather than re manufactured parts. More importantly, we get the contracted job done in the estimated time because we have the latest state-of-the-art equipment and ASE certified technicians. Specifically, the majority of time we complete the contracted work within the estimate. Sometimes, particularly in diagnostics of the late model on-board computer controlled cars, additional time is required.
