What you need to know about Chill:
Chill formed in the summer of 2007 combining members of the bands Fuse and Zeke's Wheel.
Chill is: Jim Shaw (guitar, vocals), Ron Freeland (bass, vocals), Sam Young (drums, vocals), Chris Nava (guitar, ukelele, harmonica, flute, vocals)
The name Chill embodies the band vibe - A laid back, no worries attitude. No egos, no stress, just having fun playing music. Our goal is to convey that feeling to the audience. Chill has a vast repoirtoire of cover tunes and original music.
The great thing about this band is it's versatility of musical styles:
Classic and modern rock, r&b, latin, raggae, dance favorites, even country & gospel.
For well over a decade the band members have played extensively in the Northern & Central California region including: Weddings, private parties, festivals, wineries, clubs, and restaurants. Whether it's a quiet dinner set, or a dance party, Chill can cater to the needs of the particular venue. Helping to create the perfect music for a wedding, or theme party is one of the most fulfilling things we do.

The drummer is Hott, I would love too watch him play at my house. The whole band is great!. I just want drum lessons from the sexy one. I'm only 27 and this band rocks my world!!

Chill is a great band!
Christian is unbelievably talented, is there an instrument he doesn't play? Jim's a great guitarist, he knows just about every song ever written. Ron is a phenominal bassist, I've never heard someone with such an incredible groove. He's a monster on that thing! Is the drummer really on old biker? Who did he ride with?
I would see Chill anytime, anywhere.

All I know is that the drummer is awesome, but one ugly MF’er…I think he is an old biker?. And to be able to the skins that hard he must play “whack a mole” in his free time!

These guys are great!! I found them playing outside at Bella Bru and thoroughly enjoyed listening to them and continued to go back. Christian has an amazing voice and they play such a great variety of music. In fact i enjoyed them so much i asked Christian if there was anyway they could play at my house for a Christmas party, they have for the past two years now and have put on an outstanding show. The best part is these are really great, genuine, down to earth gentlemen!!!

We were on our way to Tahoe for skiing. Couldn't get up I-80 so we went searching for a watering hole in Roseville. Found this place called Vinos' and squeezed in the place to see this great band play. Very tight and great tune selection. I haven't heard a band play Heaven as well as them. In fact it's note for note perfect. Drummer was solid. It's good to see drummers who can play. Wine, eats and Chill. A perfect Snowy Friday night.

They have a huge repertoire of songs for any kind of party, venue or celebration. They really interact well with the crowd and get people up and moving!
