Center For Balance was On The Move with Bethany Crouch for KTXL 3's Fox40 News Workout Wednesday segment. We started off our morning with Invision BC&R, working out their employees for a corporate fitness challenge. We ended with a little one on one training at the studio with Bethany.

Center For Balance is a mobile fitness company providing corporate wellness programs, educational workshops and individual personal training at home, office or location of choice. We cater to all ages and specialize in active aging!
