Whenever possible…Cena uses fresh vegetables, fruits, and meats.
We use aged beef, hormone-free chicken and we avoid the use of trans fats in our recipes.

They have really good healthy meals. You can't get the same meal for this price at the grocery store. My whole family loves the food. The best thing about it is they make the whole process simple and the cleanup after dinner is a breeze. Take my word for it, You won't be disappointed!

The owners of Cena in Elk Grove make you feel welcome. The facility is inviting and the meals are great. You have the ability to be creative as you prepare your meals and the changing menus help you to vary the food you serve your family. Having their cookie dough in the freezer for those dessert emergencies is a must! My kids love to come with me to prepare meals and they take pride in serving them to the rest of the family.

I tried so many meal prep places, and I was never happy with the way my food tasted until I went to Cena. It makes such a difference to have fresh, quality ingredients, savory recipes, and great cuts of meat! Nothing ever tastes frozen or "bulk-bought". Cena has been a lifesaver for my family - we always have our freezer stocked full of the latest meals and when I get home from work at night, I don't have to worry about what I'm going to cook (or the dreaded take-out!) I always know a healthy, home-cooked meal is never more than a half-hour away. I don't know what I would do without them, Cena is awesome!

I love Cena. It has been an absolute blessing for me and our family and friends. We have a group that meets there once a month, we make all our dinners and visit and it is done. I save so much, because when life gets hectic we would go out to eat to save time. Now I defrost a couple of Cena dinners a week, they are healthy, delicious and easy, my guys are even helping to make them and then cook them. A real first for the spouse after 30 years of me cooking only!! On top of those reasons, Cassie and Cathy and family are fantastic and very accomodating. I haven't had anything we haven't liked and I have been going there monthly since May 2006.

This is the place for young and old, men and women. Prepare gourmet dinners that will impress! Or, if it's just you, this is the answer to easy preparation and eating well. I've had several parties there. Our group includes men and women, single and not, ages 21 to 61!!!! We have so much fun putting our meals together and as a bonus Cassie and Kathy (owners) are so hospitable.

What an amazing place! Cena is unique in so many ways. I have a great time just going in and preparing our meals. The owners and staff are so friendly and caring. Cassie even provided my family with dinner during the time my father passed away. I can't thank them enough for actually caring about their customers, and making us feel as though we are part of a larger family. I will forever consider Cena THE BEST place to get a homemade meal. Try the Santa Fe chicken and don't forget to take home the yummiest scones ever made!! Thanks for letting people know that fast food doesn't have to involve a drive-thru.

Cena has been a great food experience! You walk in and are warmly greeted by name, like walking into your friends kitchen.... and it smells like fresh baked cookies! (Cookies and lemonade always on hand... yummy). They are very knowledgeable about the meals, ingredients, and can make informed suggestions. The food is delicious, fresh, of good quality and are not all caserole type foods like the other guys. I have really enjoyed the experience and the value. Cena is an excellent choice for busy professionals, busy moms or those of us who find ourselves in a dinner idea rut! Cena is delicious, easy and the service & staff are excellent! **Check them out, ask for Cassi**

Cena is great. Wonderful food! I can have a gourmet meal in the middle of the week even with baseball practice and dance. It saves me so much time. The owners are very friendly also. Oh and the scones are the best!!

Cena is wonderful. We go into a very friendly atmosphere to prepare healthy meals for a month. The food is delicious, and their cuts of meat are outstanding. This is really a five start place!!!

Cena is such a great place to go for healthy affordable meals. The quality of food is awesome and my family loves the tasty meals that Cena offers. I love Cena because it allows me to make healthy quick meals for my family. The customer service at Cena is another good reason to go there. They are so helpful and very well versed about nutrition and using superior ingredients in their food for their clients.
My family can't thank Cena enough for giving us a friendly place to purchase quality economical healthy food. This place is a true five star place!
