Founded in 1986, Celebration Arts is a multicultural, multidisciplinary performing arts organization in Sacramento, California. It is well known for developing raw talent and presenting fine quality productions. The mission of Celebration Arts is to provide training and performance opportunities to community residents, children and adults int eh areas of dance, drama and music, making art and its presentation accessible.
Now in its 25th Anniversary Year, Celebration Arts might be Sacramento's best kept secret! I've been following CA since 1991, before they had a permanent location. Comedy, Drama, Musicals, Original Works & Classics - frequent nominee and winner of many Elly Awards (Sac's version of Oscars) - With excellent productions you'll find comfy seats in a cozy venue (not a bad seat in the house!) and the all-volunteer staff welcomes you like family! AND ... FREE, on & off-street parking!
