Cassio is a great instructor and has created a learning atmosphere where you are always greeted warmly and truely welcomed. Brazilian jiu jitsu is an individual sport when you compete but requires team environment to learn. You have to leave your ego at the door to get better,and a place where people come without their egos is a great place to be anytime.
One of the best martial arts academies in California and definitely the best in Sacramento. Friends of mine have trained at many different schools and said that Cassio's is the best, and I agree. The instructors and students are all very friendly and it is an all around great environment to learn in. Cassio is world class and so is his academy.
You could not say enough good things about Cassio's school. It is a very clean place to train, the instructors and fellow students are very helpful. Our son started recently, and has already learned a lot. Cassio is a fantastic instructor, highly qualified, and extremely talented. We are very honored to have our son in his school! Everyone there is wonderful. They are all interested in teaching the newer students. We definitely feel that we are all part of a family!
