I voted for Casey's Hallmark as the BEST Gift Shop cause the staff is always helpfull and freindly every time I stop in for my card and gift needs. One staff member in particular, Carol always greets me with a smile and "How are you?" "Nice to see you again" Casey's Hallmark is my "go to" gift shop :-D
