Recently renovated and given a fresh new look, this club provides a comfortable and energetic workout environment - along with personal television screens on the cardio equipment!
Madison's workout floor is easily accessible, fitness friendly, and offers a variety of equipment to make workouts easy. We also offer friendly childcare and a extensively diverse group exercise schedule.

I like the cleanliness, classes, friendliness of staff and the topper is: I lost my wallet outside one of the gym's and it was found by an employee who looked my name up called and personally delievered it to my door step, 13 miles away, with all contents intact, including over $100.00

I used to beloing to 24 hour fitness, YEARS AGO, but I have been a member of Cal Fit for a while now. I have tried out many of the fitness centers across the Sacramento area and I LOVE the atmosphere at Cal Fit! They have the BEST mix of classes at reasonable times throughout the day, a plethora of new fitness equipment, heated pools, a rock climbing wall, etc. AND I have never felt like I was at a "meat market." Spandex shorts, itty bitty tops, and going to the gym to find a date are OUT!! Fitness is IN!! And Cal Fit is THE BEST place to Get Fit in the Sacramento area!!!

I enjoy working out, and at Cal Fit they have the best classes, trainers, equipment and overall environment. I love that they have the "Kidz Club" so parents can find the time to exercise and set a good example for their children in the future. It ia a Great gym for Family!

Friendly helpful staff. One of the cleanest gyms I have ever belonged to - they actually have employees who clean throughout the day!
Large variety of group classes at several locattion with various levels -something for everyone of all ages and fitness levels. Group instructors are friendly, helpful and fun! Glad to be a member!

I visit 4 different CFF centers in the area. They are clean, the staff are friendly, there is always quality equipment available, and there are great programs for kids. I also love the extras like the tanning salon, the pools, the climbing wall, and the variety of classes and class times. Keep up the great work!

This gym ROCKS! Ladies: It's not a meat market. If you want a good work out, don't want to wait for machines, great staff, clean gym, lots of great group fitness classes- CalFit is the gym!! They also have lots of convenient locations!

Lots of exercise, weight lifting and other machines. Classes of all kinds. Pools, spa, sauna, childcare, racquetball, basketball....is there anything they don't have??? Very fun and helpful staff too
