We teach Bikram's beginning yoga class which is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room.
It is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
Bikram scientifically designed this program to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body.
Our facility is equipped with showers and a full retail store with yoga clothing and accessories.
Love, love, love practicing @ this studio. The fellow yogis and instructors welcome new and regular yogis with open arms. I've practiced @ other studios but this one is like no other. I heart BYEG!
