Carmelita's

Carmelita's was established in 1962 by Mr. Alberto C. Heredia and his wife Carmen G. Heredia at its present and original location, 204 Riverside Ave., Roseville, CA. Since then, Carmelita's has served the finest Mexican food in the area. In 1985 Clemente Heredia and his wife Rosalba Heredia bought his parent's business and continued the fine food tradition started by his parents. In 1987 Carmelita's expanded to another location in Fair Oaks, CA with outdoor patios and a full bar. Carmelita's is well known for its Mexican style seafood that started in Roseville in 1986.
