Parker's Hot Dogs

We serve an all Beef Hot Dog in a natural casing, made the old fashioned way. These dogs SNAP when you bite into one. We have many topping along with chili that we make daily. All the food at Parker's is prepared fresh daily. We even grate our own cheese. The recipe for Parker's was developed in 1929. Parker's Jumbo Dogs originally of Santa Cruz started using the recipe in the late 40's and established it's strong hold in the business in 1955. When Parker passed in the 70's, his son John Parker opened the first Parker's in 1997 located on Douglas Blvd.
