I have been taking our families vehicles to Bertolucci's for years. The Bertolucci family and their employees are amongst the nicest and most professional of any business I work with in the Sacramento area. It is always a pleasure to see them, even if the circumstance is a bummer.

Great work! I would NOT trust any other body ship BUT Bertolucci's. The service is just wonderful! Michelle was so friendly and helpful! She made sure I was well taken care of! My car looked better than when I first bought it! I recommend Bertolucci's to everyone I know and everyone I know who have taken their cars here agree with me 100%. Thank you!!!!

I would like to thank Bertolucci's for the wonderful service they provided me and my wife. We take every vehicle to them when we have an accident. I have gone to them for 23 years now and would never take my vehicles to another shop in California! The staff is just a pleasure, which makes the experience a great one. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I took my tahoe there a year ago and they made it look brand new! I have not had any problems with it since. GREAT, efficient and friendly service. This is the true definition of service. Every family owned business should model their service after Bertoluccis! We love you guys!

I must be the only person to have a bad experience with this shop. I took my vehicle to them for a simple quarter panel replacement about a year ago, mainly because of the great local reputation and the close proximity to my home. The estimator gave me a written estimate for the work and made arrangements for me to drop off the vehicle within three days of the initial visit (to allow parts to be delivered). I called back the shop two weeks later to check and see if my parts were in, after not receiving any word from them, only to find out that not only were my parts never ordered, but the estimator had also taken off for a multi-week vacation. No one present at the shop knew who I was or where my (computerized) bid ended up. Needless to say, I was not pleased. So, I took my vehicle to Izzie's Auto Body in West Sacramento after a referral from AAA. Izzie's was great and had my vehicle returned within three days. Keep in mind that most respondents to these posts only respond with positive feedback. People with bad experiences are less likely to respond than people with good ones. I will never go to Bertolucci's again because of their ability to allow customers to fall through "the cracks". I did receive an apology phone call from the vacationing estimator, three weeks after my initial visit, and after my vehicle was nearly complete at Izzie's. As a local business owner, I choose to align with other local businesses who respect and value my time and patronage. I have taken two other vehicles to Izzie's since the incident with Bertolucci's. Izzie's remembers me and keeps me on file. Smart.

Bertolucci's is the #1 shop in N. California! I have never experienced the level of sevice you get from the staff there anywhere else! They always pay attention to detail & quality as well as service are the norm!

Absolutely the best throughout the entire organization. Friendly, helpful reception staff, outstanding advocates that truly ensure customer satisfaction, and great technical staff doing exceptionally high quality work on any vehicle, but, particularly with high end vehicles.
