Yes, I believed the hype too. Other than the upscale decor, similar to the little cheap shops in south sac. The file they used on me was wet and used. I saw marks and polish on it. Same for the buffer which grossed me out (Fungus!!) that's how that is spread. They thought they were smart in using white files.. When asked to see the file, they get defensive. Yes the lava rock feels real good for my callus(have one at home too), but surprised they use that there. B/c very porous, (fungus again!!) When asked how and when they sanitized, they say in the back. I saw left over callus remover or lotion on the rock for the customer next to me. Again decor excellent, but will not go back. Just inspect the files before they use on you, I bet they will refuse, or you'll see what I am saying..They also try to rush when you get the lower pedicure.. & very cheap with the mask and flowers for the bellagio pedicure. The flowers even looks used and brown..Gross... Fungus!!
