After going to many other bridal salons, this place was a wonderful change. Not only was the staff incredibly helpful, but they were also very low pressure and friendly. The shop is clean and well kept up and the dress selection is fantastic. After reading all the positive things by others, I have no fears about purchasing a gown from them. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service!

Hey girl! Ashley always greeted me with a smile and a hug. i just got married (4.6.08) and had a great experience shopping for my dress...the other local shops I went to were neither personal nor did they make me feel special. I want to wear my dress again and again...I would recommend Bella Donna to anyone!

I was married in 2004, and had a horrible experience purchasing my gown at another bridal shop which recently closed. I found Ashley at Bella Donna when I was looking for my veil and jewelry, and she was amazing! She is so caring and helpful, I wish I could have returned my gown and purchased one from her instead! The Veil and Jewelry I bought from her was beautiful though, and her personal service and attention to detail made my experience at Bella Donna one of my fondest memories of planning my wedding. Thanks Ashley!

The staff at Bella Donna immediately made us feel welcome. Ashley was wonderful to work with, she is very personable and she actually seemed to care.
We had been out shopping all day for dresses at several other shops, we had a horrible day and a few bad experiences. Then we stopped at Bella Donna and that ended our day of frustration. Ashley listened to what my daughter wanted and after trying on 3 dresses, my daughter found "the one". Thank you Ashley and staff!

I visted over a twenty bridal shops but none compared to the fabulous service I received for me and my bridesmaids. I recommend everyone visit. I bought my dresses here and we were completely satisfied.

Ashley, her staff and her new location are at the top of our A List. We purchased my daughter's Pronovias gown there and the bridesmaids dresses as well. Ashley worked with us to think a little out of the box on our selections, and we're so glad we did! We've had the best experience with Ashley and her team. I was also really impressed that the last time we were there I noticed that the seamstress came in on a Saturday just to meet with us and make sure the recent gown alterations were right. The wedding isn't until June, yet we've been treated so well every time we've gone in (since this past June). This is a first class operation and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting the absolute best in customer service and satisfaction. Cheers to Ashley and her team. You guys are "simply the best!"

Beautiful bridal salon with top-notch service! My bridesmaids bought dresses from Bella Donna and they turned out beautifully and on time! I wish I would have purchased my gown here. Ashley is great!

My best friend and I each bought our dresses there within days of each other and after having been to countless bridal salons, I couldn't have asked for better customer service and attention to detail. We received such fabulous service at Bella Donna, I wish I could get married every year! Ashley was always one step ahead - and I trusted her to pick out items that many brides fuss over for months. I knew the veil and garter I wanted, but couldn't find time to go through catalog after catalog - so I called Ashley, described my vision and voila - she knew and ordered exactly what I wanted. Her service from helping to choose my dress (found it on the first visit) to alterations to preservation was top notch. Why go anywhere else?
