This is the first workout I have really looked forward to. DI Carson is so motivating and the entire group is so encouraging. I never knew I could do such hard workouts and I feel great every time I do. Come check it out at Rocklin or Mather and see for yourself. Ooh Rah!!!

You know how it is ,maybe you don't ! The 50 year old blues! I have got to get to the Gym, so you buy a membership and hardly ever use it. I needed Structure and that is what D.I. Carson and Co. do for you! Boot Camp is three times a week and very demanding but yet it is still FUN! You get a good workout you meet Great People and you feel guilty if you miss one. Just my thoughts GO BOOT CAMP!!!!

The DI is a great motivator and pushes you in every workout. You will do exercises you never thought you could do and little by little you began to see progress. DI is big on "Leave No man behind!", and involves everyone in the group to motivate each other. I am by far the least fit of the group, but have kept coming back for the last three months because it is such a fantastic challenge!!! This beats the gym any day!!!!! OOOOOORAH!!!

Best, most motivating workout I have ever had. The regular gym is just not good enough anymore. DI Carson really pushes me to do my best, and while it may seem intimidating, he does it in a way that makes me want to succeed. Plus, all the other members of the platoon are really encouraging and work together - I don't feel self-conscious at all. I would urge everyone to give it a try! See you there...

Boot Camp - sounds intimidating, but don't be. It is, however, everything the name connotes. D.I. Carson is the real deal. You feel the love. Small price (roughly $5/session) pays big dividends. Initially modify the exercises so you don’t over do it. Then, you are driven to try harder simply by seeing your brethren pressing on. You will look and feel better within 6-weeks. After a long work day in a claustrophobic cubicle there is nothing better than getting your fanny kicked into gear by D.I. Carson. This is a real workout that never gets boring-you'll laugh, you'll cry, you may even feel like losing your lunch but you will love every minute. D.I. Carson is truly a great fitness coach. If you choose to step out of the workout box and check out this program , you will experience a more dynamic way to get in shape with fellow recruits that will help you along the way. Get some!

This is one of the best birthday presents I bought for myself eight months ago! DI Carson keeps us motivated and pushes us to the next level. I wouldn't trade this workout for anything! Come join the fun at either Rocklin or Mather - you won't regret it!

First of all, Semper Fi, DI Carson, Ooh-Rah!! I’m a firefighter and we are always to be ready for anything at anytime. Well most of you firefighters out there know how difficult it can be to stay physically fit, with all the cookies and cakes the good people we serve bring to the fire house.
Now you have NO excuses!!
DI Carson charm and demeanor makes you want to give your 200%, 100% of the time. I started in Sept 06, with a double chin, two extra spare tires, and suffered from dickey-do. I have lost all of that, gone down two sizes and had to put three more holes in my belts.
As Di Carson says “Operation Fat Elimination” and I have the games to help you succeed”. From the “USMC Daily 16” to the real anchor chain, you don’t stop moving the entire workout time. Being outside, hot or cold really helps you say motivated. You need to keep moving to stay warm on the 30 degree days and the sweat keeps you cool in the heat of summer. There is no need to wait for a machine, there are none! You have the comrade and motivation of the people next to you, going through the same tough work out you are. Try to get that in a gym.
By far this is the best work out I have been involved with since my time in the military! I have never workout before with a smile on my face and a cadence in my head. If you want to test yourself or just want the best damn workout ever. Come on out and put your body in motion! You won’t regret it. Ooh-Rah!

I've only been doing the boot camp class for a month now and I'm feeling great about it. The motivation in class forces you to do more and push more than you would in a regular gym and I love it!! Thanks to the DI.

This class is the best! DI Carson designed a class to get you fit in an infinitely more fun way than slogging through a gym workout every day. Being outside makes a huge difference and the variety of fitness activities DI has up his sleeve always keeps you on your toes. The group setting is also great - we're all sweating it out together, which really helps you get through that last set of push ups or lunges that you'd surely give up on if you were working out alone.
I've had lower back problems for years and assumed I would have an aching back forever. Since starting Basic Training about seven months ago, my back has improved tremendously. Just having a stronger, healthier back has made this class worthwhile - not to mention how much it's improved my running speed and endurance.

Its never felt so good to workout so hard (or is it…its never been so hard to workout so good?)! SDI Carson has put together a fitness program that covers all of my exercise needs: cardio, strength, flexibility and balance. No more boring workouts at the gym – we’re outside stretching, jogging, dragging ammo boxes around and ‘playing’ with the DI’s other ‘toys.’ Everyone starts and their own level and meets the challenges as DI give them. There is a tremendous sense of community in this program with everyone motivating one another to complete the drills. Shouts of “ooh rah” and “we love it, Sir” ring out as we push ourselves to the next level. This program is not only improving my physical fitness, but also my confidence, and my social life with the fellowship that abounds here. It comes “Highly Doctor Recommended!”

A very intense workout. I also workout at the gym, and I don't think I could get the same kind of cardio workout that I get from Basic Training. I like that DI Carson is there to push you to get more out of your workout. When your mind and body are telling you to quit on yourself, the DI encourages you to push a little harder. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to get an excellent workout.

Basic Training is a good old fashioned high intensity workout. You are motivated to work to your best potential, unlike going to a gym where people tend to socialize more than workout. This program has helped me lose weight and feel healthier overall. Because of this program I have stayed in good health for my position on the SWAT team. This program should be used by all police/fire departments for maintenance and wellness.

SDI Carson is the best. He takes the time to learn each recruits fitness goals and with positive feedback, repetition, and his mere presence gets us all to try our very best. If you are looking for results and are committed to reaching your goals you will succeed with the Basic Training Program. It’s also a plus exercising outdoors and having the support and encouragement of his instructors and the group as a whole behind you. My only regret is that I didn’t start the program sooner.

AWESOME! Simply awesome. I come from a military back ground. I love this class. DI Carson and all of the instructors make you work and that's the truth. Not only is it a fun class but it is a challenge. Regardless of you physical abilities (we have various ages of recruits in our class) they motivate and push us to limits we thought we unattainable. I hated working out and especially in a gym where you see the same old stuff and people over and over again. Here we are outside and really working out . I recommend this class to anyone who is starved for a real work out or someone who is committed to a wanting to improve there entire lifestyle. If you are tired of going to the gym and seeing people who are more concerned about who is watching and how good they look come to this class! I did it! OOH RAH!

DI Carson’s Boot Camp is by far the best training fitness program out there. His motivation and techniques give results- FAST! DI Carson trains members of my police department’s SWAT team. He keeps us in top shape so we can make our monthly qualification runs. I have been with a lot of trainers over the years and this program is by far the best one out there!

This is My first week.I have tried other programs. This one is the best by far. Outdoors--challenging -encouraging and we leave no one behind. Drill Instructor Carson is motivating and entertaining in his approach to "new recruits". Everyone is performing to their best and he challenges us to do more. It beats running solo on the treadmill.
