I was more impressed with Badlands than Faces, not to mention I had a better time. To me, Faces is too open and too big. When they did the expansion, they payed too much attention to flashy lights, and modern architecture and not enough attention to how the older part of the building would flow with the new half. Poor planning if you ask me
Very nice, great layout, classy, great staff, much needed in Sacramento. Two flaws: More than once did they mix into a new song then 30 seconds later it stopped. Then they started a new song. The music wasn't flowing properly. They seriously need to hire some quality DJ talent. Also, they were seriously line holding at the front door - there we PLENTY of space inside for more people and there was still a line that was 45 minutes to get through. Fortunately, we got there when the line was 10 people long - it still took 10 minutes to get through.
