I appreciate the abundance of Power Flow style classes that they call "Dynamic." Most everyone else is on a heated yoga craze but this style really allows you to focus on strength building. Plus the teachers are awesome!

I travel all of the way from Roseville to Downtown Sacramento for Yoga, because Asha Yoga is, by far, the best place to learn the true meaning of being a good human being:) I have learned so much, and continue to learn from Cori and all of the teachers and students at Asha about so many things. Not just poses. Thank you Asha

Cori is such a bright and happy person. Just being in the same room made me relax. I tried the Yoga 101 class with my husband and it was very informative and gave us a sample of all the different types of Yoga practice they offer.

Studio is awesome and clean and locations are perfect but the best part are the incredible instructors and management. By far the best yoga experience in Sacramento!
